  2. Premier Club membership is a privilege granted by the Double Eagle Hotel and Casino and may be revoked or cancelled at any time. 
  3. Membership is non-transferable and program benefits, including points, may not be transferred. Members must play on their own cards. 
  4. Membership card and valid photo identification must be shown for all Premier Club transactions. Duplicate membership cards will not be issued without valid photo identification. 
  5. Redemption of points is subject to verification by the Double Eagle Hotel and Casino management. Points are void if they are not received in accordance with stated rules. Points will expire 180 days from the date they were earned and without prior notice. 
  6. The Double Eagle Hotel and Casino is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards. 
  7. The Double Eagle Hotel and Casino reserves the right to amend or modify rules without notice.
