Staff members are dedicated to:
- Assist guest’s with questions or concerns regarding problem gambling
- Facilitate guests through exclusion process and programs
- Be a source of information regarding community resources and groups
- Identify potential problem gambling using Bally system interactions to include time, amount played and bets.
- Analyze potential problem gambling by identifying warning signs such as chasing, obsession, lying, cheating and stealing
