Lombard's is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Located on the lower level of the casino, the Lombard's Menu has something for everyone! Open from 6:30am to 10pm seven days a week, with takeout or dine-in service available. Call 719-689-5061 to place an order. 


Starting at 6:30 am each morning, join us for breakfast. From our French Toast to the Double Eagle breakfast sandwich, our breakfast menu offers traditional breakfast offerings and house specialties at fair prices. Breakfast entrees include your choice of hash browns or grits with cheese or brown sugar available to allow you to customize.

After 11 am on weekdays and 12 pm on weekends, Lombard's starts serving lunch and continues through to dinner. The menu provides a wide selections of items to choose from, plus a soup, salad and potato bar with fresh soups daily. Choose from a selection of appetizers, sandwiches and entrees on the full menu, small plate options on our lite menu, or dive into daily entree specials that include Taco Tuesday, Wok Wednesday and Prime Rib Saturdays. And don't forget to check our dessert case at the front of the restaurant for something sweet to end your meal. Old Fashioned Burger $13 - Flame broiled ground sirloin patty with crisp lettuce, ripe tomato and onion on a Kaiser roll. Add an extra patty for only $3.

Chipotle Burger $14 - Flame broiled ground sirloin patty with bacon, onion straws, pepper Jack cheese, crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, onion and chipotle aioli on a Kaiser roll. Add an extra patty for only $3.

Patty Melt $14 - Flame broiled ground sirloin patty covered with caramelized sweet onions, melted American and Swiss cheeses on marble rye bread.

Coupe De Ville $12 - Juicy, marinated then flamed broiled chicken breast topped with sauteed mushrooms, bacon, provolone cheese and topped with a honey Dijon glaze then served on a Kaiser roll.  

Grilled Chicken Sandwich $12 - Flame broiled chicken breast with crisp lettuce, ripe tomato and onion on a Kaiser roll.

BLT $13 - Buttery toasted sourdough bread with bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise

Pot Roast Sandwich $14 - Slow-cooked pot roast on a toasted hoagie roll topped with cheddar cheese

French Dip $13 - Tender, slow-roasted thin sliced beef layered on a toasted hoagie roll, served with a side of out homemade horseradish sauce and hot au jus for dipping

Reuben $13 - Slow-cooked corned beef and sauerkraut enhanced with thousand island dressing nestled between two slices of marble rye bread

Philly Cheese Steak $14 - Chilled and chopped rib-eye steal with lightly sauteed pepper and onions, coated with melted provolone cheese on a toasted hoagie roll. 

Grilled Cheese $6 - Your choice of cheese between slices of golden sourdough, add turkey or ham for only $2

Club House Sandwich $13 - A double-decker sandwich with thinly sliced ham, turkey, bacon, American and Swiss cheeses, crisp lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on toasted white bread

Fish & Chips $15 - Pangasius fish filets dipped in a light tempura batter and deep-fried to a crispy golden brown then served with coleslaw, fries and tartar sauce for dipping. 

Chicken Fried Chicken $12 - A tender chicken breast breaded and deep fried then topped with your choice of chicken or country gravy.  

Open Faced Sandwich $12 - Two pieces of Texas toast with your choice of Roast Beef or Turkey smothered in chicken gravy with mashed potatoes and your choice of one side.

Pot Roast $14 - Slow-cooked pot roast served with garlic bread, mashed potatoes and your choice of one side.

Chicken Fried Steak $12 - Delicious breaded sirloin deep-fried and smothered in your choice of chicken or country gravy then served with mashed potatoes and you choice of one side. 

12 oz. Ribeye Steak $27 - Aged, seasoned prime beef ribeye broiled to your liking and topped with Chimichurri sauce. Add 6 fried shrimp for only $4.

Homemade Meatloaf $13 - Homemade meatloaf, just like Mom makes it. 

Broiled Salmon $17 - Flamed-broiled salmon topped with lemon caper butter.

Wok Wednesday $12.95 - Enjoy our Chef s take on Modern Oriental Cuisines from the far East. Ask your server what our special is each Wednesday.

Thursdays are Build Your Own BBQ Platter - Pick two meats and two sides for $11.95 or pick three meats and two sides for $13.95  Add extra meat or sides for only $2 each. Choose from: Smoked Brisket, Pulled Pork, Jalapeno Cheddar Hot Links, and 1/4 Rack Ribs for meats. Choose from: Green Beans, Mac and Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Fried Okra or Baked Beans for sides.

Fish Fry-day Every Friday - Choose from: Crab Cakes, Fried Catfish, Fried Shrimp, and Fried Clam Strips and pick two for only $10.95 or pick three for only $13.95. Served with Hush Puppies, Fries, coleslaw along with cocktail and tartar sauces for dipping.
